This Photo is taken without regrades of the rule. The Two figures are face away in different directions and not in the center of the frame. This photo is taken with regards of the rule and neutral spacing. Each figure is symmetrical and shows no conflict or intimacy between one another.
This photo is taken with the rule and showing attraction to one another. Both figures are eye level and have very little neutral space between one another showing signs of development to there characters. This photo was taken with the rule but also with some conflict between one another. The two figures appear to have a disagreement about something and are sizing each other up.

A.) The still film uses the rule of thirds in there photo to suggest some sort of disagreement or a tense moment approaching. The man holding a torch signifies that its either darker or night time and they are in the middle of no where. The torch is also a symbol of searching for someone, or perhaps a pursuit. Which means they are in a serous scene. They might be looking for the monster and finally found him or just came upon him in this remote location. Either way there is conflict between one another due to how there standing and the tense face they are making at each other.
B.) In 4c the story shows attraction to one another for many different reasons. For one, the placement of the two figures. They are at eye level and have very little neutral space. They have this stare at one another that could tell a mood or a switch of a mood in this photo. Secondly, body language. They are both nice and relaxed and show signs of ease towards one another. Both figures are open armed and show zero signs of hatred, which means they are attracted to one another. Thirdly, Proximity and space. Since they are an inch away that suggest that there's something going on. It could mean a negative tension or positive. But after looking at there body language and placement, it is clear that its a positive attraction and tension in the photo. Overall, the photo is a clear indication that something is going on and building positive tension that can be interpreted as attraction to one another.
