Group Policies & Procedures (Implementation)

After submitting our Proposal to gain the green light to start filming our swede, we quickly realized changes needed to be implemented to improve the processes moving forward.  Each role in the group will be required to complete their duties as set by the group and within individual deadlines to allow the whole of the group time to compile the finished product as set in place by our professor. In order for us to feel less rushed, I came up with a few responsibilities that each role must complete by the end of the film.

For example, the Cinematographer is required to bring the designated equipment and shot angle list in order to create our film.  These items should be organized and maintained prior to arrival at the set forth time to meet the group at the location specified beforehand. All equipment must be charged and there are outlets nearby in the case something needs an additional charge.  The Director is responsible for ensuring everyone is fed, ensuring all members of the cast arrive on time and ready to film with hair, makeup and wardrobe as previously described.  There needs to be at least one good tale for each\ of the shots.  Sound technician is to be sure the background music complements the filming and not taking over the scene and the cast members voices are crisp and easy to understand with the SFX audio from the background. The Editor assists where they can as the filming is taking place but once complete the good takes should be compiled seamlessly to build the film.
